  Hi, I'm Roro — and welcome to my Light Kitchen. A few years ago, I looked in the mirror and saw a version of myself I didn't quite recognize. At 71kg, I felt tired, sluggish, and… honestly, a little unhappy. I wanted to feel light again — not just in weight, but in energy and mood. I started reading, learning, and experimenting with what actually works for fat loss. I found my sweet spot at 1000–1500 kcal a day, carefully planned around my BMR, TDEE, and a safe calorie deficit. But here's the truth — I never starved myself, I never banned my favorite foods. Instead, I built habits I could live with, every single day. Fast forward to now — I'm 66kg, still on my journey, and still learning.
