Day 27 of Cooking for Mom – Breakfast Recipe: Dried Tangerine Peel & Red Bean Puree

 

Ingredients: 60g red beans, 20g lotus seeds, 6g dried tangerine peel, 20g rock sugar, 800ml water


Instructions:

1. Soak the red beans and lotus seeds in warm water for at least 2 hours

2. After soaking, remove the cores from the lotus seeds

3. Add the dried tangerine peel and wash everything twice

4. Add the rock sugar, and then pour everything into the soy milk maker

5. Add water up to 800ml

6. Set the soy milk machine to the “Rice Paste” mode (30 minutes).


Breakfast pairing: Leek and egg pancake, pomelo, pickled mustard, and almonds.
