Day 32 of Cooking for Mom – Breakfast Recipe: Carrot Rice Paste

 

Ingredients: 100g rice, 90g carrot, 800ml water


Instructions:

1. Rinse the rice and carrot twice, then place them into the soy milk machine

2. Add water up to 800ml

3. Set the soy milk machine to the “Rice Paste” mode (30 minutes)


Breakfast pairing: Yam and sweet potato pancakes, egg, lettuce, and flaxseeds.
