Day 30 of Cooking for Mom – Breakfast Recipe: Fruity Black Sesame Paste
Ingredients: 50g black sesame seeds, 15g walnuts, 15g almonds,15g raisins, 8g rock sugar, 800ml water
Instructions:
1. Rinse the black sesame seeds, walnuts, almonds, and raisins twice, then place them into the soy milk machin
2. Add water up to 800ml
3. Add 8g of rock sugar
4. Set the soy milk machine to the “Rice Paste” mode (30 minutes).
Breakfast pairing: Steamed vegetable dumplings, grapefruit, sweet potato, and red dates.
