Day 11 of Cooking for Mom – Breakfast Recipe: Apple Goji Millet Porridge


Ingredients:

120 g apple, 55 g millet, 5 g goji berries, 800 ml water

Instructions:

  1. Peel the apple, remove the core, cut into 2×2×2 cm cubes, and rinse.
  2. Rinse the millet and goji berries together twice.
  3. Put all the ingredients into a soy milk maker.
  4. Add 800 ml of water.
  5. Select the “Porridge” mode.
  6. This amount makes about two bowls. You can add rock sugar or honey to taste.
  7. Breakfast pairing: egg, sweet potato, grapes, red dates, and cashews.
