Day 11 of Cooking for Mom – Breakfast Recipe: Apple Goji Millet Porridge
Ingredients:
120 g apple, 55 g millet, 5 g goji berries, 800 ml water
Instructions:
- Peel the apple, remove the core, cut into 2×2×2 cm cubes, and rinse.
- Rinse the millet and goji berries together twice.
- Put all the ingredients into a soy milk maker.
- Add 800 ml of water.
- Select the “Porridge” mode.
- This amount makes about two bowls. You can add rock sugar or honey to taste.
- Breakfast pairing: egg, sweet potato, grapes, red dates, and cashews.
