Day 12 of Cooking for My Mom – Breakfast Recipe: Walnut & Almond Oat Milk

 

Ingredients:

20 g oats, 40 g walnuts, 20 g almonds, 800 ml water, 2 g rock sugar (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Put the oats, walnuts, and almonds into the same bowl and rinse twice.
  2. Transfer all ingredients into a soy milk maker (or blender).
  3. Add 800 ml of water.
  4. Select the “Oat Milk” function on the soy milk maker.
  5. 800 ml makes about two bowls. Add rock sugar to taste if desired.
  6. Serve with boiled eggs, steamed yam, grapes, black sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds for a nutritious breakfast.
