Day 12 of Cooking for My Mom – Breakfast Recipe: Walnut & Almond Oat Milk
Ingredients:
20 g oats, 40 g walnuts, 20 g almonds, 800 ml water, 2 g rock sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Put the oats, walnuts, and almonds into the same bowl and rinse twice.
- Transfer all ingredients into a soy milk maker (or blender).
- Add 800 ml of water.
- Select the “Oat Milk” function on the soy milk maker.
- 800 ml makes about two bowls. Add rock sugar to taste if desired.
- Serve with boiled eggs, steamed yam, grapes, black sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds for a nutritious breakfast.
