Ingredients:
Yam 100g
Corn kernels 100g
Water 800ml
Rock sugar 2g
Instructions:
Peel the yam and cut it into small cubes (about 2×2×2 cm).
Rinse the yam cubes and corn kernels twice.
Pour the yam and corn into a soy milk maker.
Select the “Corn Juice” mode.
800ml makes about two bowls. Add rock sugar if you prefer a sweeter taste.
For breakfast, serve with eggs, cucumber, sunflower seeds, black sesame, oats, and goji berries — a refreshing start to a beautiful day!
