Day 21 of Cooking for Mom – Breakfast Recipe: Creamy Mung Bean Puree

 

Ingredients: 70g mung beans, 200ml milk, 10g rock sugar, 600ml water


Instructions:

1. Rinse the mung beans thoroughly

2. Put the mung beans, milk, and rock sugar into the soymilk maker

3. Add water 600ml

4. Set the soy milk machine to the “Rice Paste” mode


Breakfast pairing: Corn, tomatoes, fried egg, red dates, and walnuts.
