Day 14 of Cooking for Mom – Breakfast Recipe: Peanut Oat Milk
Ingredients: 40g peanuts, 25g oats, 800ml water, 2g rock sugar
Instructions:
1. Place the peanuts and oats in the same bowl and rinse twice.
2. Put all ingredients into the soy milk maker.
3. Add 800ml of water.
4. Select the “Oat Milk” mode on the soy milk maker.
Note: 800ml will make two bowls. Add rock sugar according to personal taste.
Breakfast pairing: Eggs, onions, mashed potatoes, black sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds.
